A: At least 2 weeks pending availability on my cookie calendar.
Q: What makes The Cookie Grandma’s cookies so special?
A: The secret to any cookie’s success is taste and texture. The Cookie Grandma’s cookies are made to order vanilla sugar cookies iced with a special glaze which gives a fabulous taste and soft texture.
Q: What ingredients do you use in your cookies?
A: The sugar cookies contain flour, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla extract and baking powder. Each cookie is iced with a glaze containing confectioners sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, almond & butter extract. Royal icing (confectioners sugar, meringue powder and vanilla extract) is used for decorative details.
Q: How long will your cookies stay fresh? Can I freeze them?
A: Each cookie is individually bagged and heat sealed to insure freshness for up to two weeks.
Yes cookies can be frozen. Place individually bagged cookies in an air-tight container before placing in freezer. When defrosting remove container from freezer and leave untouched until cookies are at room temperature.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Complete the form under Order Request.
Q: Can I book if I haven’t decided on a theme?
A: Yes! You can book without a theme. I just need to know how many cookies you will need.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: Cash, check or debit/credit card upon delivery.
Q: Do you offer Gluten free, nut free, or dairy free cookies?
A: Not at this time.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, in Cleveland County, Gaston County including McAdenville/Belmont and central and northern Mecklenburg County. We live in the Kings Mountain area and travel to Davidson/Mooresville, NC areas on a weekly basis. We will venture beyond these delivery zones for orders of 4 dozen or more.

A: Yes within North Carolina.
Q: What approvals or certifications does The Cookie Grandma have? A: The Cookie Grandma operates as an LLC within the state of North Carolina. Our home based kitchen is inspected by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services – Food and Drug Protection Division.
